Payment methods
View a customer's saved payment methods and erase one on request.

- At least one completed checkout or subscription charge so a saved payment method exists
Recurrify's vault never returns a card number to the portal. Raw-card instruments are encrypted inside the isolated payment environment; Apple Pay and Google Pay instruments remain provider-owned Stripe references pinned to their original MID. The portal receives only the method type, brand, last 4 digits, and expiry needed for support.
Review saved payment methods
Open Payment methods
Open Payments → Payment methods. Every saved payment method for the merchant is listed with its created date, card summary, linked customer, and status.
Find a specific customer's cards
Enter a customer ID in the filter and choose Apply to narrow the list to that customer's saved methods.
Erase a payment method
Request erasure
Choose Erase on the payment method's row — for example, to honor a customer's deletion request. Confirm in the dialog that follows.
Understand the block on active subscriptions
Erasure is refused while any active subscription still references the payment method. Cancel or reassign that subscription first, then erase the payment method.
Once erased, a payment method cannot be recovered. The next charge for that customer requires a new checkout session.
