The overview is an operational summary. It reports stored commerce outcomes and calls attention to failed orders and past-due subscriptions; it does not let a user edit system-owned statuses.
Read the account summary
Review headline metrics
Use Customers, Orders, Paid revenue, Active subscriptions, and Approval rate to understand account volume. Paid revenue includes paid orders and excludes failed orders.
Open items that need attention
The attention area lists failed payments and past-due subscriptions. Select the related order or subscription to inspect the underlying route and customer record.
Scan recent commerce activity
Recent activity records checkout outcomes, refunds, and subscription events. Use Activity for configuration audit events such as who changed a router or checkout.
Metric definitions

| Paid revenue | Sum of orders whose status is Paid |
| Active subscriptions | Subscriptions currently in Active state |
| Approval rate | Approved payment attempts divided by approved plus failed attempts |
