Activity is the merchant configuration audit log. It records who performed an action, what changed, and when. Checkout purchase events remain on Overview and customer records.

Open the activity log
Choose Activity in the sidebar. Events are ordered newest first and include actor identity, action, message, and timestamp.

Match an event to its resource
Use the action and message to locate the affected checkout, router, domain, plan, or other resource. Event metadata retains stable resource IDs for support investigations.
