Before you start
- At least one checkout attempt or imported customer record
Customer records connect orders and subscriptions to one shopper identity. Customer status and spend are derived from stored commerce activity rather than edited as arbitrary labels.
Inspect a customer
Find the customer
Open Customers and search by name or email. Use total spend and subscription status to prioritize the record you need.
Open the customer record
Select a row to inspect profile details, linked subscriptions, and order history. Choose an order ID to open its payment and routing detail.
Customer fields

| Total spend | Sum of paid orders for the customer |
| Subscription status | Current linked subscription state, or None |
