- A Shopify store whose app connection is Ready
- A verified checkout domain
- A ready MID router
- At least one enabled shipping method for the store
A checkout owns the customer-facing experience and links one store, one domain, and one MID router. A checkout can belong to only one store; one store can have multiple checkouts, with one installed at a time.
Create a checkout
Select the dependencies
Open Checkouts, choose Add checkout, and select the store, domain, and MID router. Only stores with a ready Shopify app connection can be used.

Choose the checkout layout
Choose One page for information, shipping, and payment in one view, or Three page for a Shopify-style Information, Shipping, and Payment sequence. This can be changed later under Branding.
Review readiness
Open the new checkout. The readiness panel above its configuration tabs shows each dependency and explains any Blocked, Pending, Degraded, or Ready result. Status is computed from configuration; it is not a free-form field.

Create a test session
Choose Create session, select a Shopify product and variant, set quantity, and open the generated session. Use an enabled test card to complete or intentionally fail the payment.
Install on Shopify
From the checkout overview, follow the Shopify theme-installation action. Installing this checkout replaces the currently installed checkout for the same store; it does not affect other stores.
