Before you start
  • At least one MID
  • Dry Run is sufficient for a test pool

A MID pool groups gateway connections and owns the selection configuration. A router assigns transaction categories to pools; it does not store individual MID weights.

Create a MID pool

Add the pool

Open MID Pools, choose Add MID pool, and enter an operational name. Select Round robin, Weighted, or Custom mode.

Pool readiness reflects the configured MIDs, mode, and enabled state.

Add MIDs and configure selection

Open the pool and add one or more MIDs. In Weighted mode, set relative weights within this pool. Round robin rotates across eligible MIDs. Custom mode uses the configured custom ordering behavior.

Check readiness

A pool is Ready when it is enabled and at least one configured MID is enabled, healthy, and has valid credentials. Pausing the pool makes every router assignment to it unavailable.
