Shopify funnels
Connect a storefront to Recurrify checkout, offers, and confirmation.

- A verified Shopify Source Page
- A published Recurrify Checkout
- A ready Funnel router
A Shopify Source Page keeps Shopify as the external commerce source while Recurrify owns hosted Pages, delivery quoting, Checkout, offers, Funnel routing, and the customer journey. The underlying app connection is protected infrastructure, not a separate customer resource.
Build a Shopify journey
Create and verify the Source Page
Open Pages, create a Shopify Source Page, enter the permanent myshopify.com connection details, and verify catalog access.
Create compatible commerce resources
Configure and publish the Source Page, prepare its Delivery Setup, then create and publish a reusable Checkout. Recurrify ignores Shopify shipping profiles; all checkout delivery options come from the active Funnel source's Delivery Setup.
Create the Funnel
Select the Shopify Source Page, choose a generated Recurrify domain or custom hostname, select a ready router, add supporting Pages if needed, and add the Checkout. The canonical Shopify storefront is always the Funnel entry. Its signed app proxy starts the Checkout on the Funnel hostname; supporting Pages cannot replace the storefront as the entry. Shopify-source Funnels cannot go live without a published Checkout.
Save the live journey
Save the Funnel graph and settings. A ready Shopify Source Page has one live Funnel, so it receives new Shopify checkouts automatically. A short-lived handoff moves the customer from Shopify to the Funnel hostname for hosted steps. Publishing a referenced Page or Checkout refreshes the Funnel for new sessions; sessions already in progress remain pinned to their starting runtime revision.
Ownership
| Capability | Authority |
|---|---|
| External storefront and Shopify catalog | Shopify Source Page |
| Delivery zones, options, and quotes | Recurrify Source Page Delivery Setup |
| Payment layout and policies | Published Checkout |
| MID routing | Funnel and its published routing policy |
| Hostname, paths, graph, promotions, and tracking | Saved Funnel |
Hosted Source Pages can have several live Funnels because each hostname identifies its journey. Shopify has one external storefront source, so keeping one live Funnel per Shopify Source Page makes the active checkout journey unambiguous.
